I am saddened to learn of your loss. I was friends with your mother when I was a college student in the 80's. Jo was a kind hearted person. You have my deepest sympathies.
How sad to learn of this news. I am sorry for your loss, especially knowing that Jo suffered from ALS. I worked for and was friends with Jo in the early '80s. She had a tremendous influence on my life, as I am sure she had for many others. I think of her often and with fondness.

It's hard to lose a parent. I was there about 6 months ago. The saddness one feels over the death of a parent is very personal. Take comfort in knowing her as the mother she was to you.
I was very sorry to hear of the death of your mom. I, along with my brother Kevin and sister Kelly all worked at Amelia Earhart Deli back in the heyday with Jo. She was a great person to work with, and lots of fun to be around.

i`am so sorry to hear that,and trust me i know how you feel my dad died when i was only "3" and i`am 12.
